Oh, this is an involuntary reflex.

When I switch off the lights. I go, now my eyes should be sending nerve impulses to my brain to make my eyes dilate.

firstly, to the girls out there.

Important thing is to be healthy :D

You need no packs or perfect slim legs, as long as you're healthy.

Well, basically you're pretty.

Just be neat, presentable and of course, healthy!

It's tougher to be healthy than aneroxically skinny.

Imagining having the determination to go for a jog every once in awhile compared to starving yourself.

Reflecting on this year, i feel that i've learnt alot (I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M DOING A REFLECTION). This year, i faced difficulties i thought i'd never over come, but of course i did. Without the help of some certain and very special people i would have never gotten to be what i am today.
WTF. I LIKE DOING SPEECH. HAHAHA.

I suddenly miss alfred neo. :O !

I realised that people never stop wanting more, even though they've gotten what is deemed to be "perfect" in their mind, they still don't realise that its perfect.
when perfection is right beside you, you don't treasure it.
when it isn't the perfect thing, you fight the hell for it cause you think it is.
For example, that perfect guy.

I've also learnt that, not all people are to be trusted, i've lost a friend that is so dear to me just because of another who was selfish. But, in the end it all comes down to the wrong decision i made to tell that person.
Don't be too naive.

I also know now, that beauty is within the beholder's eye. (I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS)
